First Look Artists Market in St Augustine Florida

As an artist I choose to do free shipping in USA on all of my art. I pay for the added expense and ship all of my artwork priority 2-3 day USPS with insurance because I want my artwork to be as beautiful when it gets to you as when I ship it.
What is Encaustic Painting you ask?
Encaustic painting was invented by the Greeks in the 4th century BC. They would melt wax with pigments and use it as a form of paint for works of art, decorating ships, and Egyptian funeral portraits.
Artist:
I create one of a kind Encaustic paintings packed with positive energy and blessings. I infuse every painting with the intent/prayer that the person who buys or views my art will feel peace, strength, and simply take a moment out of this crazy thing called life to just breathe. Art has a way of making you feel, it can bring people peace and understanding.
Materials Used:
I use local Jacksonville beeswax and a mixture of other waxes to create my paintings. My ocean artworks all have sand and shells sourced directly from St. Augustine or Vilano Beach. Purchasing my artwork gives you an opportunity to take a piece of our historic community home with you.
Do you have sand, shells, dried flowers, pictures or other materials from a memory/vacation that you would like me to incorporate into a work of art? Email me at fourevadreamn@gmail.com and let’s see what we can create!
Care for Artwork:
As with any artwork, please take care of it and keep out of direct sunlight, heat, or extreme cold. All of my paintings have lasted over 20 years as long as they are taken care of. Most of my artwork has a sealer that helps harden and protect the wax, this leaves a gloss finish. I’m human so I may have missed a spot or two so please be gentle.
